We are pleased to announce that Norecu Executive Search GmbH has been recognised by Focus Business as one of the Top Recruitment Firms 2023 in Executive Search. This award confirms our\"\" commitment and expertise in providing high quality executive search services.<\/p>\n

We are very proud of this award because it was achieved through feedback from clients and candidates.<\/p>\n

The award from Focus Business is a particularly nice surprise on Norecu’s 10th birthday. It makes us particularly proud because it reflects the feedback from our candidates and clients and honours the performance of our entire great team. We take it as an opportunity to pause, reflect and continue to pursue our profession with passion.<\/p>\n

For the survey, 2,200 HR managers in companies and 1,900 candidates were interviewed by the renowned research institute Statista<\/a> who had already worked with personnel service providers. They were able to rate up to ten personnel consultancies known to them. For this purpose, they received a longlist of 3,000 personnel service providers, which they could evaluate with regard to the following criteria:<\/p>\n

For recruiters:<\/strong>
\nthe quality and selection of the candidate profiles offered
\nthe quality of service
\nthe price-performance ratio
\nthe speed of placement.<\/p>\n

For candidates:<\/strong>
\nthe quality and selection of the positions offered
\nthe communication during and after the placement initiative
\nthe quality of service during the application process.<\/p>\n

The companies with the highest recommendation frequency make it into the list of the top personnel service providers in the four categories “Executive Search”, “Professional Search”, “Temporary Staffing” and “Freelancer Placement” as FOCUS Top Personnel Service Providers 2023. In the “Executive Search” category, which is relevant for us, personnel consultancies are awarded that focus on placing positions of EUR 100,000 or more.<\/p>\n

Since our founding more than ten years ago, we have worked tirelessly to offer our clients the highest quality – with efficient solutions that are the result of high-quality processes and procedures geared to the needs of our clients. This has enabled us to build and expand our track record, and today we are recognised for it by Focus Business.<\/p>\n
