The company produces a wide range of agricultural equipment, including tractors, combine harvesters, forage harvesters, balers and other tillage equipment. With its extensive portfolio, it is one of the world's largest market leaders in the industry and distributes its products, spare parts and services through a qualified global dealer network. For this dealer network we are looking for a Vice President Distribution Management (m-w-d).
YOUR TASKS
- Management of the Distribution Management department with the corresponding
country responsibility - Representation of the company internally, cross-functional collaboration with sales,
marketing & product development - External representation of the company with dealers, cooperatives, business partners and
associations - Conducting competitive analyses and budget responsibility for investments in the
distribution network - Development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy with a focus on sales and
brand growth - Further development and expansion of existing retail organizations & acquisition of new
retailers - Monitoring the most important market developments via corresponding KPIs in the area
of sales, spare parts & services
YOUR PROFILE
- Many years of management experience and strong leadership skills
- Experience of working within complex corporate structures
- Extensive experience and in-depth understanding in dealing with retail organizations, distribution structures or dealer networks
- Strategic expertise in sales, service, spare parts, aftersales, business and retail development
- Strong affinity for digital transformation and change management
- Agility in collaboration and the ability to involve and moderate the relevant stakeholders (internal and external) as required
- Strong communicator and networker with a confident and representative demeanor
- International work experience
- Language skills: fluent in English and German, other foreign languages an advantage
