The award from Focus Business is a particularly nice surprise on Norecu’s 10th birthday. For the survey, 2,200 HR managers in companies and 1,900 candidates were interviewed by the renowned research institute Statista who had already worked with personnel service providers. They were able to rate up to ten personnel consultancies known to them. For this purpose, they received a longlist of 3,000 personnel service providers, which they could evaluate with regard to the following criteria:
For recruiters:
the quality and selection of the candidate profiles offered
the quality of service
the price-performance ratio
the speed of placement.
For candidates:
the quality and selection of the positions offered
the communication during and after the placement initiative
the quality of service during the application process.
The companies with the highest recommendation frequency make it into the list of the top personnel service providers in the four categories “Executive Search”, “Professional Search”, “Temporary Staffing” and “Freelancer Placement” as FOCUS Top Personnel Service Providers 2023. In the “Executive Search” category, which is relevant for us, personnel consultancies are awarded that focus on placing positions of EUR 100,000 or more.
